    Jeff Fletcher has a Bachelor's degree in Biology, a Master's degree in Computer Science, and is currently finishing up his Ph.D. dissertation in the PSU Systems Science program. He designed and implemented medical records software for seven years with MedicaLogic, Inc. including work on database and Web applications. Jeff has taught several computer science courses for the PSU Computer Science department and a course in Artificial Life for the PSU Systems Science department. He has also taught children English in Japan and science courses in the Multnomah Outdoor School program and the PSU Upward Bound program.

    Jeff's Ph.D. dissertation focuses on using a game-theoretic approach to integrate various theories on the evolution of altruistic behavior. You can learn more about his research at http://www.sysc.pdx.edu/~jeff.
