Powerball numbers are drawn from two sets
of numbers. Five white balls are drawn from one set of 49 numbered balls.
One red ball is drawn from a second set of 42 numbered balls. Powerball

The more numbers you match, the more you win! Win a prize just by matching the power ball number. Win by having any one of these nine combinations:
Choose how to be paid
- Cash option: Receive approximately half of thejackpot prize in one cash payment!
- Annuity option: Receive the total jackpot prizein 25 equal annual payments!
Consecutive Drawings
- Select how many drawings you want to play yournumbers: 1, 2, 3, or 4 drawings.
Power Play Multiplier
- Multiply Your Cash Prize!
- For a chance to multiply any cash prize you win, add an extra $1 per set of Powerball numbers you play.
- How it Works
- Before each Powerball drawing, a Power Play multiplier will be randomly selected, from 1x to 5x. If you win a cash prize on Powerball, (from $3 to $100,000) and have added Power Play, your cash prize will be multiplied by that number!

Use a Game Slip:
To choose your own numbers, pick up a Powerball game slip and fill it out. Give your completed Powerball game slip to your Lottery retailer, or insert it into a player-operated terminal along with money to buy your ticket.

Prizes over $600 must be collected from the Lottery office in Salem in person or by mail (registered mail recommended) as early as the day following the drawing. You have one year from the date of the drawing on your ticket to claim your prize.
